Silicone is an odorless, colorless polymer recognized for its great flexibility. Lékué selects only platinum silicone, a superior quality silicone that contains no Bisphenol A and is suitable for food contact. Lékué Utensils are non-stick, allowing you to reduce fat consumption while ensuring easy release from the mould. They are also suitable for oven baking and cold storage, as they can withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C to +220°c. Lékué France's silicone molds don't break, and can be folded for space-saving storage in your kitchen. What's more, your Lékué silicone kitchen utensils are easy to maintain. Platinum silicone naturally repels water and bacteria for maximum food hygiene. You can easily clean your silicone Utensils by hand or in the dishwasher.

Steam cooking with silicone Utensils

Lékué offers a range of innovative Utensils. In fact, the brand has come up with a silicone steamer in the shape of a papillote that lets you quickly cook healthy recipes on a daily basis. The Lekue papillote contains a removable filter that allows liquids and fats to detach from the food. Take, for example, a salmon steak or pork filet mignon to cook. Place your dish on the filter, add vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Add thyme, dill, lemon and any other herbs you like under the filter to flavour your dish. Cook in the microwave in the silicone cookware for around ten minutes. Serve on your plate with your cutlery: all you have to do is enjoy! Thanks Lékué!
