Description

This Victorinox glove has been specially designed for professional chefs, butchers and fishmongers. It offers exceptional cutresistance (up to 52.9 Newton). Durable, flexible and very comfortable, it ismade from an ingenious combination of various knitted materials.

In a typical application, a single glove is worn on the hand opposite that holding the knife. Of course, for optimum protection, you can also use 2 gloves.

It extends slightly over the wrist, providing the best protection over a larger part of the arm.

This glove is size L (9), easily distinguishable by its blue piping.

The gloves are not sold in pairs and are ambidextrous (can be worn on the left or right hand ).

So, whether you're a butcher, cook, charcutier, or indeed any food-related profession, this glove will do just the trick to protect you from direct cuts caused by your blades!

As I thought, there's no problem with the cut, but it still avoids perforation, even withstanding a light blow from a sheet for heavy-duty work, preferring mesh gloves. A word of advice: wear black gloves over latex or another material to protect it, otherwise head for the washing machine, avoid washing it in the laboratory directly, as the brush tends to fray the wool of the glove and can damage the rubbed part. so having 2 gloves, one clean and one dirty, is best. Small but 3x nothing, on one of the 2 that I have inside the fold of the thumb a small thread of mesh is curved inside the glove so from time to time a sensation of small prick that enters your skin a little unpleasant but move the glove enough to stop this discomfort.
