The 12cm blade enables you to cut deep into the flesh of your meats to drain them of their blood. Made from high-quality Swedish Sandvik stainless steel, it is highly resistant to corrosion and has a long service life. Otherwise known as 12C27 steel, it achieves a hardness of 56 to 57 HRC on the Rockwell scale. This gives it incomparable cutting power and superior edge retention compared to standard steels. What's more, thanks to its remarkable sharpness, sharpening frequency is divided by 2 (so you'll be more productive!).

The handle is easy to handle and adapts perfectly to different hand shapes and sizes thanks to its ergonomic shape. It's made from polypropylene, a highly resistant polymer (which provides a perfect seal), over 80% of which is covered by a soft, comfortable elastomer. Highly hygienic, this handle requires very little maintenance thanks to its antibacterial coating. It can be quickly cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.

Last but not least, it features non-slip ridges to prevent injury even during intensive work. In addition, this knife won't make you feel tired (even after several repeated gestures) and therefore reduces the risk of MSD (Musculoskeletal Disorder).
