The Japanese stainless steel blade is first heated to over 1000°C, then cooled to -80°C. This process increases its hardness and makes it resistant to corrosion. Then coated with titanium, the blade offers long-lasting sharpness and cutting performance.

The blade is double-sharpened to a 14° angle. Supplied with a blade guard, it will be protected from shocks and its sharpness will be preserved. Your fingers are also spared when you reach for it in the drawer!

Designed in Switzerland, this knife has elegant, sober lines for optimum grip. There is a certain harmony between the blade and the non-slip handle of this knife.
