The serrations on the blade of this serrated paring knife allow you to start cutting food, making it easier to prepare your favorite dishes!

Made from robust materials, this serrated paring knife is the result of demanding technical processes.

Firstly, heating the blade to over 1000°C, then cooling it immediately to -80°C, makes it harder and more resistant to corrosion.

Then, a titanium coating is deposited on the blade to increase its durability in terms of performance and sharpness. This also adds a sober, elegant style to the knife. The black color is achieved by blending materials such as carbon and titanium, rather than adding pigments.

Finally, both sides of the blade are sharpened to an angle of 14°, optimal for food preparation.

The second part of the knife, the ergonomic handle, makes the knife very pleasant to hold. The balance between handle and blade makes it ideal for prolonged daily use. Supplied with a blade guard, this knife will be protected from shocks and injuries when stored.

This knife can be washed in the dishwasher. However, the manufacturer recommends hand-washing and air-drying to preserve its performance for longer.
