Kuvaus
Continenta-tuotemerkki on vuodesta 1977 lähtien suunnitellut huippuluokan keittiötarvikkeita, jotka tyydyttävät sekä amatööri- että ammattikokkien tarpeet. Continenta-leikkuulaudat ovat tunnettuja ergonomiastaan, kestävyydestään ja hinta-laatusuhteestaan!
Tämä leikkuulauta on valmistettu luonnollisesta, kestävästä kumipuusta. Se on viimeistelty suojaavalla balsamilla, joka parantaa kosteuden, bakteerien, halkeamien ja värimuutosten kestävyyttä. Syvälle kuituihin imeytynyt balsami palauttaa puun luonnollisen värin ja pidentää laudan kauneutta ja käyttöikää.
Saatavana 3 kokoa:
- S (24 x 15 x 1 cm): ihanteellinen kaikenlaisten ruokien, kuten lihan, hedelmien, vihannesten tai yrttien leikkaamiseen.
- M (29 x 18,5 x 1,2 cm): vakiomitat, joita arvostetaan kaikissa keittiöissä ja jotka ovat erittäin monipuolisia.
- L (34 x 22 x 1,5 cm): tämän laudan suurten mittojen ansiosta ei tarvitse huolehtia työtason likaantumisesta!

A beautiful board, the finish is impeccable. I'm not going to use it for cooking, but as a support for scalpel cuts. I'll be laying a tiny precision-cutting mat on top, with the board underneath for the sole purpose of stiffening the surface as much as possible to make it as flat as possible.
There's nothing wrong with this board, it's simple and perfect. When you touch the wood, it feels so soft!

It's a nice little board that you can pull out whenever you need a quick slice of cheese or sausage, without having to get out the larger boards we use for cooking. The coating was a bit strange, as if we had a residue of glue, maybe the treatment of the board. I washed it by scrubbing it with a stainless steel sponge and then reprocessed it with board oil and all's well.

I washed the boards in hot water to bring out the wood fibres, then sanded them with 400 grain sandpaper and coated them with camellia oil. Now they're smooth and ready for daily use.
