Excellent table knife for everyday use.
language rating 10
Iown several office knives for the kitchen. I reserve these for everyday use. The blade is the ideal length of 9 cm for all types of cutting on a plate, and the handle is slightly longer. Even as steak knives, they're excellent. Magnificent design, smooth full-silk blade of superb quality, very sharp, easy to sharpen, solid ABS handle, riveted, dishwasher-safe. Ideal weight, very good grip, made in France, a reference! The Couteauxduchef website is always top-notch, thanks to the team.

A very good knife that cuts just right, neither too much nor too little. To be purchased individually as it is cheaper than a batch....

Good knife and pleasant shape. You can imagine yourself in a Parisian brasserie, with the waiters coming and going.
