Den här brädan är tillverkad av naturligt, robust gummiträ. Den är ytbehandlad med en skyddande balsam för bättre motståndskraft mot fukt, bakterier, sprickor och missfärgning. Genom att bädda in sig djupt i fibrerna återställer balsamen träets naturliga färg och förlänger brädans skönhet och livslängd.
3 storlekar tillgängliga:
- S (24 x 15 x 1 cm): perfekt för att skära alla typer av mat som kött, frukt, grönsaker eller örter.
- M (29 x 18,5 x 1,2 cm): standardmått som uppskattas i alla kök, för stor mångsidighet.
- L (34 x 22 x 1,5 cm): Oroa dig inte för att smutsa ner bänkskivan tack vare de stora måtten på den här brädan!

A beautiful board, the finish is impeccable. I'm not going to use it for cooking, but as a support for scalpel cuts. I'll be laying a tiny precision-cutting mat on top, with the board underneath for the sole purpose of stiffening the surface as much as possible to make it as flat as possible.
There's nothing wrong with this board, it's simple and perfect. When you touch the wood, it feels so soft!

It's a nice little board that you can pull out whenever you need a quick slice of cheese or sausage, without having to get out the larger boards we use for cooking. The coating was a bit strange, as if we had a residue of glue, maybe the treatment of the board. I washed it by scrubbing it with a stainless steel sponge and then reprocessed it with board oil and all's well.

I washed the boards in hot water to bring out the wood fibres, then sanded them with 400 grain sandpaper and coated them with camellia oil. Now they're smooth and ready for daily use.
