Siden 1977 har Continenta-mærket designet førsteklasses køkkenudstyr, der tilfredsstiller både amatører og professionelle kokke. Continenta-skærebrætter er kendt for deres ergonomi, holdbarhed og værdi for pengene!
Dette bræt er lavet af naturligt, robust gummitræ. Det er behandlet med en beskyttende balsam, som gør det mere modstandsdygtigt over for fugt, bakterier, revner og misfarvning. Ved at trænge dybt ind i fibrene genopretter balsamen træets naturlige farve og forlænger brættets skønhed og levetid.
Fås i 3 størrelser:
- S (24 x 15 x 1 cm): ideelt til at skære alle former for mad, f.eks. kød, frugt, grøntsager eller krydderurter.
- M (29 x 18,5 x 1,2 cm): standardmål, der er værdsat i alle køkkener, og som giver stor alsidighed.
- L (34 x 22 x 1,5 cm): Du skal ikke bekymre dig om at gøre din bordplade beskidt takket være dette bræts store dimensioner!

A beautiful board, the finish is impeccable. I'm not going to use it for cooking, but as a support for scalpel cuts. I'll be laying a tiny precision-cutting mat on top, with the board underneath for the sole purpose of stiffening the surface as much as possible to make it as flat as possible.
There's nothing wrong with this board, it's simple and perfect. When you touch the wood, it feels so soft!

It's a nice little board that you can pull out whenever you need a quick slice of cheese or sausage, without having to get out the larger boards we use for cooking. The coating was a bit strange, as if we had a residue of glue, maybe the treatment of the board. I washed it by scrubbing it with a stainless steel sponge and then reprocessed it with board oil and all's well.

I washed the boards in hot water to bring out the wood fibres, then sanded them with 400 grain sandpaper and coated them with camellia oil. Now they're smooth and ready for daily use.
