KNIFE LEADER COMMITMENTS
Whatever your choice, the Knife Leader team prepares and dispatches your parcel within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your product. We will then send you a link so that you can track the progress of your order in real time.
Our packaging commitment: Our migrating utensils are precious to us, so we take good care of them! The parcels sent by our team are neutral in appearance, protected by padding, like a cosy little nest. Particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile products.
Returns policy
To return a product, it must be new and unused, with its packaging in perfect condition and in a blister pack (if there is a blister pack). You can return the item to us (by notifying us in advance by e-mail) up to 60 days after your purchase. We will refund you within 10 working days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE : if you exercise your right of withdrawal, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. To find out more about the right of withdrawal, see our General Terms and Conditions.
