Their products are made from natural materials such as glass, metal and wood, avoiding plastic and health-damaging compounds such as bisphenol A. Packaging for Cookut Utensils and boxes is also made from recycled cardboard. For the brand, protecting nature also means protecting our food and ourselves. Cookut has chosen to take action to protect bees by financially sponsoring French beekeepers. Cookut hives protect 500,000 bees every year. The brand also chooses to promote local trade and ethical production by hand-picking its distributors (independent boutiques) and ensuring ethical production methods and working conditions for its employees.
