Fine sharpening is recommended to restore the smooth edge of your blade. It is useful, for example, for knives used intensively in professional settings. We recommend that you always keep a fine-trimming gun in your kitchen, and use it as often as necessary to keep your kitchen knives razor-sharp. Daily use, i.e. just before cooking, is recommended to avoid losing sharpness. Once your knife has lost its edge, it will be necessary to use a whetstone or diamond gun, which is more abrasive, and will help to recreate the cutting edge.
