French knives: recognized expertise
Would you like to buy a professional kitchen knife? But you don't know which blade to choose. But don't panic! The national cockerel is just as patriotic when it comes to offering knives for gastronomic purposes. And how could it be otherwise? France is the country of world cuisine. Renowned the world over, it radiates diversity, flavour and savoir-faire. Exceptional cuisine also means exceptional knives. Curious kitchen hands and seasoned cooks alike need national blades to slice, dice and process local foods!
French kitchen knives: a history of style
Does French style mean anything to you? It's also something that many envy us. A kitchen knife must have balance, resistant steel, a pleasant handle, a well-crafted blade and a cutting edge that doesn't disappoint. And France is one of the world's leading experts in knife-making style! Just like the offspring of Japanese forges, the French knife has its own distinctive style. No frills here. The steel is sleek, airy and as effective as a fencing blade - a French sport, by the way! The handles are distinguished by a choice ranging from molded polypropylene to noble wood. As you can see, the French knife is distinguished by its elegance and ease of access. After all, there's no such thing as a Frenchman who doesn't cook!
