The Horl knife sharpener, German perfection and exacting standards!
Horl has made a name for itself on the German market, and the quality of their sharpening equipment now crosses borders! This knife sharpener is easy to use and can therefore be used by a wide range of people: from chefs and kitchen assistants to home cooks. The company works with local suppliers specializing in wood and steel to guarantee the highest possible quality products. This family business continues to grow, and today welcomes a young, dynamic team in the center of Freiburg, a university town in south-west Germany.
The Horl sharpener: at the heart of innovation
Innovation plays an important role at the heart of the company, whose sole aim is to improve its products. For example, theHorl 1993 sharpener is a diamond sharpener, i.e. it has a sharpening surface made of diamond powder with a grit size of 46 μm (microns), giving you efficient, precise sharpening in record time. This practical surface is interchangeable, and you can also use a corundum or ceramic stone. A new range of sharpeners has been launched: theHorl 2 sharpener, the brand's latest technological reference. It offers two sharpening angles for greater flexibility and sharper edges! And what's more, each professional sharpener comes with a magnetic wooden support that ensures a constant angle that can be reproduced identically in the future, saving you considerable time. Choose your complete Horl set sharpener from our selection of models! You can also find all our accessories forblade maintenance here !
