WHICH MUFFIN TIN TO CHOOSE?

There's a muffin tin for every size muffin! If you prefer large muffins, you'll need a large muffin tin, but if you'd like to make lots of small muffins, you'll need a mini muffin tin. There's also the individual muffin tin which, as its name suggests, allows you to prepare individual portions! The advantage of the muffin tin is that you can make different flavors in a single batch to satisfy all your sweet tooths. Muffin moulds can bake 4 to 6 large muffins, 8 to 12 medium-sized muffins and up to 24 mini muffins with the mini muffin mould.

In addition to silicone muffin molds, there are also carbon steel molds, which combine lightness and sturdiness. Even with this type of muffin mould, removal from the mould is relatively easy!
