How does it work?

Every time you order from us, you earn loyalty points.

1€ spent = 10 loyalty points = 0.05€ discount.

In short, every time you order, you'll earn 5% of the order value in discount vouchers for your next purchase. Isn't that great?

For example, for this set of Wusaki knives priced at €199.90, you'll earn 1,990 loyalty points, giving you a €10 discount on your next order:

How can I use my loyalty points?

1.  Before placing your next order, go to the "My loyalty points" section of your account and click on "Convert my points into a discount voucher".

2. Once transformed, a code is created, always beginning with "FID". All you have to do is enter this code in the "Promotional code" field visible below your basket to take advantage of the discount. Validate it and voilà! Your voucher has been deducted from your order!

Please note that loyalty points are valid for 1 year!
