This Ottavio Air Plus kitchen jacket is a must-have for hot jobs in the kitchen!
Egochef has designed the Ottavio jacket using Air Plus technology. Air Plus is a soft, lightweight, breathable fabric. In fact, its mesh is perforated to allow moisture from the skin to escape to the outer part of the jacket, while drying quickly.
This Air Plus fabric covers the entire back of the Ottavio jacket. Breathable and quick-drying, it's ideal for heat-exposed jobs such as frying or baking. The rest of the jacket is made entirely of microfiber. This is a light, soft fabric that makes the jacket very comfortable.
The Ottavio jacket is your best ally, as it is waterproof and easy to machine-clean at 60°C. Microfiber also has the advantage of not needing ironing, as it doesn't wrinkle.
The jacket's sleeves are long and wide enough to protect your arms from scalds and burns, while leaving you plenty of freedom of movement.
The jacket closes with a row of invisible snaps running the full height of the torso. With the buttons tucked between the 2 sides of the jacket, Ottavio has a very elegant look.
For total functionality, the jacket features a large pocket on the chest and a smaller one on the left arm. The larger pocket is perfect for carrying a notebook, while the smaller one is designed to fit a pen.
