Based on over 100 years of craftsmanship, the Karl Güde range, eponymous of the famous German manufacturer, offers true knife classics. To guarantee the brand's characteristic sharpness, the Chrome/Vanadium steel blade is forged in one piece, by hand! Sharpening is also done by hand. As for the handle, it's made from cherry wood which, thanks to the irregularity of its grooves, lends a unique character to each knife, all held in place by three mirror-polished brass rivets.
