Matfer Elvéo 38.5cm silicone thermometer spatula -20° to +200°C

The Matfer double-function spatula is a well-thought-out utensil that will delight all professional chefs!

It can be used to stir food before, during or after cooking, while its built-in thermometer lets you know the temperature. It's also ideal for scraping the bottom of containers during cooking (to stir well and cook evenly), and for making sure you don't lose a crumb once the job is done.

The tip of the spatula is made of white silicone, a flexible and resistant material.

The thermometer slides inside the spatula through a small entry on the top of the spatula. It can be used from -20°C to +200°C. It is accurate to 0.1°C and reliable to 1°C. It is also splash-proof, but unlike the spatula, it is not dishwasher-safe. Simply wipe clean with a sponge and soft cloth, and you're ready to put it away.
