These cutting boards from the Grand Gourmand range were designed by Enrico Albertini. They are made from natural walnut, a precious wood used exclusively for the manufacture of high-end objects. Many luxury furnishings are made of walnut. The color of this wood is warm, and the treatment carried out extends its life.

The manufacturer attaches great importance to the quality of its planks and finishes. Chemical products are avoided in favor of organic plant or mineral substances. Defects are corrected by hand by a craftsman board by board, making them unique! Board processing always takes place in an air-conditioned room, to avoid thermal shock that could cause cracking once the manufacturing process is complete. Each stage is meticulously controlled to guarantee the highest quality.
