Old Bear Full Color red laminated Ayous wood handle craft knife

Old Bear knives are handcrafted in Italy, using know-how handed down since 1925.

The knife shown below is part of the Full Color collection, a range deliberately designed to bring color and dynamism to your cutting equipment.

To open the knife, simply lift the blade, then lock it by turning the ferrule to prevent it from closing in the handle. After use, open the ferrule to unlock the blade, close it in the handle and turn the ferrule again to lock it in the handle in the closed position. This ferrule locking system has been patented by the brand.

The blade of this knife is made of AISI 420 stainless steel, an alloy that is easy to sharpen to maintain the blade's cutting quality. The blade is also engraved with the Old Bear logo, a distinctive feature of the brand's folding knives.

Note that the blade is hand-stone-sharpened at the end of the manufacturing process by a craftsman. As each knife is handcrafted, any irregularity on the knife only confirms its authenticity and makes it even more unique.

The knife's red handle is made of stratified ayous wood, with an ergonomic design. The wood has fine veins and a soft feel.

This knife is available in 2 sizes:

- S: 10cm handle and 7cm blade

- M: 11cm handle and 8cm blade
