Description
The Röslecheese knife is perfect for accompanying your cheese platter with a good knife!
It's made entirely from stainless steel for maximum strength and resistance to impact and corrosion. The serrated edge is ideal for cutting cheeses with thick rinds, such as Tomme de Savoie and Abondance.
Its perforated blade makes it easy to cut soft cheeses such as Brie, Saint-Félicien... Thanks to the various holes in the blade, the cheeses won't stick to it! The double point at the end is useful for pricking the cheese once sliced, so that you can serve it cleanly.
Thanks to its design, it can also be used as a foie gras knife!
