The Rosle 16232 kitchen scale can weigh up to 5kg with a maximum weighing accuracy of +/- 1 g (i.e. +/- 0.3%). This is perfect for precise measurement of flour, sugar and salt for your pastry recipes. It can also weigh liquids up to 5 liters.

The Rösle digital scale features a 17.8 x 17cm weighing surface and LCD display with tare/weight function. Its sliding mechanism enables the scale to be switched on and off without the need for buttons. The LCD display and tare/add button with Soft-Touch keys are visible when the scale is open. Available measurement units are gram (g), ounce (oz), pound (lb), milliliter (ml) and fluid ounce (fl'oz). The Rosle scale is powered by 4 AAA 1.5 V batteries and switches off automatically after 5 minutes to save energy.

The scale is made from quality materials, including a stainless steel weighing surface and ABS body, giving it a modern look.
