Very good quality steel, but the black plates break at the rivets - 5 knives have broken out of the 20 I own. Too bad they're not dishwasher-safe as advertised.

Perfect knives, nothing to complain about, I'm very satisfied.

These knives look good and are quite heavy, which gives an undeniable impression of quality.
Observed in detail, the finish between the stainless steel and plastic parts is rather rough.
Better deburring of the plastic would improve the overall quality of the product.
