Great knife for a first chef' s knife. Lightweight, sharp blade and made in France. Very happy with the purchase and fast delivery. A small problem with the packaging: no box, no pouch, all in a cardboard box measuring 1m by 50cm.

For my first "investment" in a knife, I'm very satisfied! A chef' s knife, entirely forged, 20cm blade, made in France, at this price, it's really great! Cutting with this knife after having used "normal", "banal" knives all his life (25 years, 19 of which were spent cooking), is pure pleasure! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to take a step up in the kitchen and stop wondering which knife to use to cut what, because this one cuts absolutely everything with disconcerting precision and ease. After that, I don't have enough points of comparison. It's 100% stainless steel and not an alloy like others offer, so we'll see what happens in the long run, even if it does come with a lifetime warranty.
