As for the handle, it's made from beech, a wood renowned for its strength and long life. Its ability to resist moisture makes it a superior choice for a cooking accessory. Its light-colored appearance can sometimes be enhanced by slightly darker veins, giving it a touch of character.

The beech plates are securely attached to the shovel's tang by three brass rivets. In addition to their corrosion resistance, these brass rivets give the handle an elegant touch with their golden hue. At the end of the handle is a leather lace. This allows you to hang the fork from a hook for convenient storage.

To care for your meat fork, we recommend washing it gently by hand, taking care not to get the handle wet. For the handle, you can occasionally coat it with a little colorless vegetable oil. This will nourish it and make it shine.
