The Bialetti Moka Exclusive Octagonal induction coffee maker combines the retro charm of 1960s Bialetti coffee makers with a design suited for modern kitchens. Its sandy beige color and matte finish give it a soft, elegant look, while its steel base allows it to be used on all stovetops, including induction. A design that blends tradition and modernity

The aluminum body promotes optimal heat conduction to facilitate the gradual rise of water through the ground coffee, resulting in a richly aromatic beverage. The steel base ensures compatibility with gas, electric, glass-ceramic, and induction cooktops. The boiler also features an internal anti-oxidation coating, making it suitable for regular use.

The silicone gasket and interior coating protect the coffee during extraction. The Easy Clean safety valve simplifies inspections and routine maintenance. The thermoplastic handle and lid knob ensure comfortable handling.

This sand-beige Italian induction coffee maker is available in two sizes:

• cups: 270 ml of coffee, 300 ml of water, 10 ml of grounds, 18.1 cm tall, 10.8 cm in base diameter, and 752 g

The capacities correspond to the traditional size of an Italian espresso cup. The 3-cup set is ideal for enjoying a cup alone or with a partner. The 6-cup set is perfect for shared coffee breaks.

Prepare, enjoy, care for

Pour water into the boiler up to the safety valve, but do not exceed it. Fill the filter with ground coffee for a moka pot, without pressing down. Heat over moderate heat and remove the coffee maker as soon as the coffee reaches the upper chamber.

Let it cool before taking it apart. Clean each part with clean water, then dry thoroughly. Do not put it in the dishwasher: this coffee makershould only be washed by hand!
