Understated, sleek, and full of character, the black Bialetti Moka Exclusive coffee maker reimagines the famous Italian ritual with a decidedly contemporary look. Its vintage design pays homage to the Bialetti coffee makers of the 1960s, while its aluminum body allows you to brew mocha coffee right on the stovetop. A black silhouette that’s full of personality!
Thanks to the aluminum body, heat is quickly transferred to the boiler and distributed evenly. The water then gradually passes through the ground coffee, resulting in a beverage rich in aromas and a pleasure to drink. The boiler also features an internal anti-oxidation coating, which is practical for regular use.
The silicone gasket and interior coating protect the coffee as it passes through the coffee maker. The Easy Clean safety valve makes cleaning and routine checks easier. The thermoplastic handle and lid knob make serving coffee more comfortable.
The glossy finish adds a beautiful depth to the black color. The embossed steel Bialetti logo, complemented by a glossy finish, elegantly completes the design.
This coffee maker, made in Italy, is available in two sizes:
The capacities correspond to the traditional size of an Italian espresso cup. The 3-cup model is ideal for quick breaks alone or with a partner. The 6-cup model is designed for shared tastings.
Fill the boiler with water up to the level of the safety valve, without covering it. Then place the ground coffee for the moka pot into the filter, without packing it down. Heat over low or medium heat, then remove the coffee maker when the coffee has risen into the upper chamber.
Use it on gas, electric, and glass-ceramic stovetops. For induction cooktops, only the dedicated Bialetti cooktop is suitable. After it has cooled, disassemble the parts and rinse them with clean water. Since the coffee maker is not dishwasher-safe, hand washing is required.
Since 1919, Bialetti has carried on the tradition of Italian coffee-making with models that are instantly recognizable. Italian craftsmanship, iconic design, and expertise have defined the brand for over a century. Its famous mustachioed mascot still watches over every coffee break!
