The aluminum body promotes rapid heating and even heat distribution. The water gradually rises through the ground coffee to produce a fragrant beverage with a rich texture. The boiler also features an internal anti-oxidation coating to preserve its quality over time.

Inside, the protective coating and silicone gasket help preserve the coffee during brewing. The Easy Clean safety valve makes it easy to check and clean the coffee maker. The handle and lid knob, made of glossy colored thermoplastic, ensure comfortable handling of the pink moka pot.

Made in Italy, this Italian coffee maker is available in two sizes:

• cups: 270 ml of coffee, 300 ml of water, 250 ml of grounds, 20.5 cm tall, 9.5 cm in base diameter, and 710 g

The volumes listed correspond to small Italian espresso cups. The 3-cup size is suitable for individual tasting or for two people. The 6-cup model is better suited for coffee served at a shared table.

Instructions for use to prevent anything from burning

Pour room-temperature water into the boiler up to the level of the safety valve, without covering it. Then fill the filter with ground coffee specifically for moka pots, without packing it down. Place the coffee maker over low heat and turn off the heat once the coffee has reached the upper chamber.

This coffee maker is suitable for gas, electric, and glass-ceramic stovetops. Use on an induction cooktop requires the Bialetti adapter plate. After each use, let it cool, disassemble the parts, and rinse them with clean water. Hand washing is required: it is not dishwasher-safe.
