The Joseph Joseph set of 4 kitchen knives with cupboard storage box is the ideal solution for small spaces!
Joseph Joseph has designed this storage case so that people with limited space can store their kitchen knives without cluttering up the space.
Measuring 31 x 22 x 2 cm, the box is installed inside the cupboard door using the 4 strips of highly adhesive tape supplied. To install, first clean the door. Peel off the tape protectors and position the empty block on the door, applying strong pressure for 30 seconds. Wait 30 minutes, then store your knives. It's so easy!
The 4 knives included are
- 1 9cm paring knife: ideal for small fruits and vegetables
- 1 11cm serrated knife: suitable for thick-skinned fruit and vegetables
- 1 13cm honeycomb santoku knife: for chopping herbs and vegetables
- 1 15cm chef's knife: suitable for boneless meats, fish and vegetables
All 4 knives have sturdy Japanese stainless steel blades and are coated with black silicone, making them non-stick. So you can cut all types of food without the risk of them sticking to the blades of your knives.
They also feature an ergonomic handle with Elevate™ technology: their guard is raised so you can lay your knives flat without their blades soiling the worktop.
Also, to quickly spot the knife you need, each has a precise color code, visible on the base and guard.
We recommend washing your knives by hand and drying them immediately to preserve them. As for the case, simply wipe it clean with a cloth.
