Set of 6 Matfer Exoglass® cheese rolls 10cm x Ø2.5cm

These 6 roll molds are your essential accessories when it comes to being imaginative! They allow you to form rolls of dough, which you can then fill with both savoury and sweet fillings.

Made from Exoglass®, a composite material with non-stick and extremely resistant properties, these rollers guarantee durability over time. In fact, even under intensive use, they won't warp, and the non-stick properties persist after use.

These rolls are freezer and oven-proof, withstanding temperatures from -20°C to +250°C! What's more, the Exoglass® material allows heat to pass through evenly, so you can obtain a beautiful, even color for your preparations. This means you can handle your rolls within seconds of removing them from the oven, and unmold them quickly and easily.

Its non-stick properties mean you don't have to grease your rolls before use. Nevertheless, for added flavor and a beautiful golden color, we recommend that you do so.

As for the maintenance of your rolls, you can put them in the dishwasher for rapid and optimal cleaning, without fear of oxidation. Or you can opt for manual washing. The choice is yours!
