The Incredible High-Performance Cocotte
Cookut's L'Incroyable Cocotte is the perfect way to enhance the preparation and enjoyment of your dishes! This versatile cooker offers 8 cooking modes: simmering, steaming, boiling, frying, browning, bain-marie, bread and tagine.
Made from 100% recycled aluminum, it's exceptionally lightweight, weighing just 2kg and weighing 4 times less than a conventional cast-iron casserole! Sturdy and durable, it guarantees remarkable longevity.
Its thick stainless steel base ensures even heat distribution, avoiding hot spots and guaranteeing uniform cooking, whether you're simmering dishes slowly or searing meats at high heat.
The casserole features a mineral non-stick coating, based on vitrified sand and free from PFAS and bisphenol. It enables healthy cooking with little or no fat, while preserving the aromas and nutrients of food.
Compatible with all types of cooker (electric, induction, gas and vitroceramic), the Incroyable Cocotte can also be used in the oven up to +240°C, giving you great culinary flexibility.
Easy to handle thanks to its two side handles, it comes complete with silicone or cotton potholders for safe use. Its spiked lid allowsself-basting of meats, guaranteeing tender, flavorful dishes. Complete the lid with a handle for even easier handling.
With a capacity of 7 liters and a diameter of 28cm, this casserole is ideal for daily meals for large families, or simply for entertaining. Practical, it's easy to wash in the dishwasher. As its coating is stain-resistant, you can also wash it by hand effortlessly.
