The ideal tray for steaming

This tray is ideal for steaming in your Incroyable Cocotte Cookut 28cm diameter. All you need to do is pour a little water into the bottom of the cocotte, set it down and place your food on top.

Practical, you can use it with the steam basket or the bamboo basket, other Cookut accessories compatible with the Cocotte. This allows you to cook even more food at the same time, and reduces the volume of cooking utensils you need to clean - practical! If you wish, you can also add steam cooking sheets.

The tray's numerous perforations ensure perfect heat circulation. The result is perfectly even cooking. The tray ensures gentle cooking without the addition of fat. You can cook healthily without spoiling or losing the flavor of your food.

Sturdy stainless steel tray

This steam tray is made from stainless steel, a material widely used in the kitchen for its strength, shock resistance and corrosion resistance. It is therefore perfectly suited to the design of a tray intended to be in contact with water.

Its 3 feet ensure perfect stability in the Cocotte. So there's no risk of your food spilling. It also has a central handle for easy handling. We recommend that you use a potholder or glove to grip the hot basket in your Cocotte.

To ensure optimum hygiene, the tray can be cleaned in the dishwasher. This also saves you time.
