Cristel's Mutine sauteuse is built around a 3-ply multi-layer structure in 18/10 stainless steel, with an aluminum core. This technical design guarantees excellent, even and rapid heat conduction, even over low heat.

With no coatings and guaranteed PFAS-free, the sauteuse ensures meats and vegetables whose natural flavors and nutrients are preserved. It offers healthy, authentic cooking, requiring little water or fat.
The sauteuse can be used on all burners (gas, vitroceramic, electric and induction), and is oven-safe up to +300°C (excluding handles and lid).
Although dishwasher-safe, we recommend that you maintain your sauteuse by hand as much as possible to preserve its material and performance.
