Thanks to its ultra-resistant Exceliss+® coating, it's a must-have for demanding kitchens, equally at home browning potatoes or cooking delicate fried eggs or fish fillets. Exceptional materials for an unequalled coating

The pan is made by Cristel from solid 18/10 stainless steel, renowned for its robustness and impeccable hygiene, as well as its strength and resistance to corrosion.

Underneath the pan is a wrap-around L-shaped thermodiffuse bottom, consisting of :

• A layer of aluminum: perfect heat conduction
• A layer of magnetic stainless steel: induction compatible

This base rises up the sides of the pan, guaranteeing rapid, even heating on all burners, including induction, and in the oven up to +250°C (grill prohibited). Cooking is controlled, even over low heat.

The inside of the pan contains an Exceliss+® coating, guaranteed PFOA and PFOS-free. This non-stick coating is applied in 3 successive layers, for optimum longevity and efficiency:

• 1st layer integrated into the sandblasted structure, enriched with titanium particles for maximum hold
• 2nd layer also reinforced with titanium, for greater resistance to abrasion
• 3rd ultra non-stick layer ensuring perfect, long-lasting slip

• 28cm - Bottom: 21.1cm - Weight: 1.4kg: generous size for several pieces or a large omelette
