Not sharp enough

I was expecting better, I had spotted the brand through an in-store purchase (Galeries Lafayette) but the model on offer was not exactly what I had bought. Not very sharp and crudely made. Online presentation difficult to appreciate.

Well, if you're looking for a big knife that's not too expensive and versatile enough. It's very good. Especially the part of the blade towards the handle, in fact the cutting edge continues right to the end, and the handle is set in such a way that you can hold the sharp knife facing a chopping board without your hand getting in the way and you having to accommodate having your hand next to the board.
