This sharpener is part of BergHOFF's Essentials knife and utensil collection. It allows you to sharpen all your steel kitchen knives in 3 steps:
- The first slot has a diamond-coated surface to prepare the knife for sharpening.
- The second V-shaped slot restores the knife's sharpness thanks to the 100% tungsten abrasive surface .
- Once sharpened, your knife must be polished using the third slot. A ceramic stone insert removes any irregularities from the blade. This last slot is also suitable for sharpening serrated knives.
The entire sharpener is made of black ABS with a satin finish. A large handle fits snugly in the hand and offers a firm, secure grip when using the sharpener on a flat surface. This sharpener also features a non-slip base for extra stability when sharpening.
