Description
The Gefu Vaco vacuum packing kit is ideal for getting everything you need to vacuum pack your various foods quickly and easily.
Vacuum packing preserves food up to 5 times longer, as it deprives it of oxygen. What's more, vacuum packing preserves all the vitamins and nutrients in food.
We can also highlight the hygienic aspect of vacuum preservation: 3/4 of all bacteria are eliminated during this process. The pouches are also impermeable to outside bacteria that may be present in freezers, so they can't be deposited in your food!
The appliance can also be very useful if you like to cook sous-vide: remember to season your dish well before evacuating the air, and then cook your fish, meat, vegetables, etc. at low temperature.
Avoid wastage by vacuum-packing prepared foods: don't throw anything away, just freeze it!
