For your next adventure, consider this Dividendo Compo folding knife from Kershaw. You'll be amazed at the incredible construction of this gem, featuring two steels on a single blade. This American-style work of art is ideal for everyday use, as well as for outdoor applications.
Kershaw 'sengineers have adopted an exceptional technology for the construction of the KS.1812OLCB blade. The Dividendo Compo knife combines two steels in a single blade: CPM D2 and Bohler N690. On the one hand, the back of the blade is made of Bohler N690 steel, highly resistant to corrosion and rust. The cutting edge, on the other hand, is made of sharp CPM D2 steel. These two steels are assembled on one blade to offer all the advantages of the 2 metal alloys: durability and sharpness. This assembly is characterized by a shark-tooth-shaped separation.
Inspired by the Link model, the handle of this knife is made of olive-anodized aluminum. This color catches your eye at first glance. The handle offers a secure, ergonomic grip. Lightness is this knife's main asset. Say goodbye to hand cramps, even during long-term use.
Bring the knife into working position by pulling on a flipper above the handle. The blade pops out in the blink of aneye, thanks to Kershaw 's assisted opening system, which enables smooth, instant deployment. Once the blade is open, the entire handle locks the cutting edge to prevent accidental closing. This locking system is called Frame-Lock for those in the know.
What about transportation? This knife can be easily stored in a backpack or clipped to the neck of a pocket thanks to a reversible clip. Alternatively, you can attach a shoelace to the lanyard hole at the end of the handle.
