It's made from olive wood, a very sturdy and above all durable material. Olive is a beautiful wood, appreciated for its color and unique grain. What's more, it's been oiled to protect the wood and prevent wear and cracking.
It's safe to use with non-stick Utensils, since the wood won't damage the coating.
This spatula is curved, making it practical for stirring, turning and serving your food. It measures 30cm, a standard size that makes it comfortable to use and, above all, prevents you from burning yourself.
Maintenance is by hand, but don't put too much pressure on it under water, as this may deform the wood, which doesn't like water very much.

Given its shape , this spatula is designed for right-handed use. So it's not at all practical for me to use it, as I'm left-handed. What a pity that left-handers are so often forgotten!
