- 1 vacuum pump to remove all the air from inside the bottle: the Gard'Vin vacuum pump is an ingenious tool for removing air from your grands crus and preserving all their aromas. If not removed, air can have an impact on the wine's original taste.

- 1 small black cork working with the vacuum pump to keep the air out of the bottle: its indicator ring tells you whether air is still present. If it's visible, it's there! Once you've used the vacuum pump, it disappears to indicate that the bottle is empty of air and sealed.

- 1 corking pliers: for opening champagne or sparkling wine bottles. Easy to use, simply position its jaw around the cork, then apply rotation and gentle pressure.

- 1 pouring spout to stimulate the wine's aromas. It's an open pourer in the shape of a ribbed leaf. It's easy to clean (just run it under lukewarm water between uses, without rubbing).

- 1 professional capsule cutter with two circular blades.

- 1 Model 54 champagne cork, which also works on sparkling wines. To use it, place the lower part of the cork in the neck of your bottle, then screw on the upper circular part. When you want to remove it, hold the 2 wings to unscrew the circular part.
