Multi-layer design for total thermal control

The Accademia Lagostina kettle features 3-ply technology:

• 18/10 stainless steel interior: hygienic and easy to clean

This bowl is combined with a Lagofusion® bottom composed of 2 additional layers (stainless steel + aluminum), forming a 5-ply bottom 7mm thick. This design ensures :

• optimum thermal stability for all your recipes

Compatible with all burners, including induction and ovens up to +250°C, for total versatility in the kitchen!

Three sizes for all your preparations

• 22cm - 5.3L (for 3 to 4 people): ideal for soups, compotes, small vegetable pots
• 24cm - 6.7L (for 4 to 6 people): perfect for simmered dishes or pasta

Advice on use and care

The Accademia Lagostina is dishwasher-safe, for fast, effortless cleaning. You can also clean it by hand. To preserve its mirror-like shine, avoid abrasive sponges. Instead, use a soft cloth and, if necessary, a special stainless steel paste.
