The Lance family business is located in Haute-Savoie, more precisely in the Arve Valley. Since 1956, it has specialized in metalworking. A few years ago, it decided to create its ideal corkscrew: it had to be clever, light, durable and stylish.

This clever corkscrew is entirely made in France, from design to assembly, not forgetting the origin of its components. Lance manufactures most of the components itself in Haute-Savoie, and for the others it calls on partners based in Pas-de-Calais or Puy-de-Dôme.

The corkscrew worm is made in Thiers, an area of the Auvergne region renowned for forging steel for cutlery. Forged steel ensures that the corkscrew worm is extremely robust over time. Its retractable system gives you a corkscrew that's not only robust, but also compact.

The corkscrew's shell is made of aluminum, a lightweight, recyclable and robust material. In fact, the corkscrew weighs less than 60g! Easy to use, this aluminum corkscrew is anodized, i.e. treated to resist impact and retain its original appearance over the long term.

For perfect versatility, the corkscrew features an integrated bottle opener. This makes it easy to open both wine bottles and soda cans. A broken ring on the opposite side lets you take it with you wherever you go by attaching it to your key ring.
