This 12cm Laguiole folding knife features a blade in corrosion-resistant Sandvik 12c27 stainless steel, enriched with chromium (13.6%) and carbon (0.6%). Its hardness is 57HRC on the Rockwell scale. This blade does not need to be sharpened too often, and retains its quality edge for a long time.
