Lékué offers a wide range of silicone cooking utensils designed to reduce the time spent in the kitchen and cooking time, while eating healthily. Your food cooks without fat, preserving its taste and nutritional qualities.

This Maxi steam box has a capacity of 1L, ideal for 3-4 people.

Enabling you to cook a meal for several people, this steam box contains a removable filter with several functions:

- double cooking: you can add a garnish under the filter and your dish on top, so that everything cooks at the same time.

- aromatic cooking: place sauce, herbs or spices under the filter, and your food to be cooked on top. The fragrance subtly permeates your dish.

- defrosting and separating liquids: when food is defrosted, the water drained from it is not in contact with it. During cooking, excess juices are collected under the filter for an intact taste.

The steam box is ideal for even, fat-free cooking of food in the microwave. Food is tasty and juicy, while retaining its softness. Vitamins and minerals are preserved.

With this set, you can reproduce traditional en papillote cooking, but reduce your consumption of aluminum foil or special paper.
