This 30x40cm rectangular mat is ideal for making homemade pizzas, focaccias, calzones, pies or friands. It's multi-perforated all over, so air circulates easily and pizza cools evenly without softening. As a result, your pizza is deliciously crisp.

Its edges let you give your creations an attractive shape. They're also handy for unmolding and handling your pizza with complete peace of mind.

The mat is made of top-of-the-range Platinum silicone. This silicone is derived from the silicon naturally present in sand, quartz and rock. It contains no plastic, so it's perfectly safe for you. It's also odorless and flexible for easy use of the pizza mat.

Extremely robust, the mat can withstand temperatures from -60°C to +220°C. So you can bake your pizza in the oven, heat it up in the microwave and wash the mat in the dishwasher.
