The Lékué vert steam box is the perfect companion for people in a hurry who want to eat healthily!

Lékué makes everyday life easier with this steamer box. You eat healthily without fat, the food tastes good and you save time with fast cooking.

To suit your needs, the steamer is available for 1-2 people ( 650ml capacity) or 3-4 people (1.4L capacity). Enough to cook a complete meal with ease.

The box is equipped with a removable filter that performs a number of functions:

- double cooking: the filter separates the main dish from its garnish, making it practical to use fewer cooking utensils while cooking 2 dishes at the same time.

- aromatic cooking: place all the herbs you need under the filter to flavour your dish. You can add sauce, herbs or spices.

- defrosting and liquid separation: the filter prevents defrosting water from coming into contact with your food. It also evacuates excess juices during cooking.

The steam box lets you cook food in its own juices, evenly. In addition to its healthy cooking function, steam keeps food soft and juicy for tasty meals. Food retains its taste, vitamins and minerals.

The box reproduces the principle of en papillote cooking, while reducing your consumption of aluminum foil or special wrapping paper, as it is reusable.

This practical box is microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator-safe, thanks to its resistance to temperatures ranging from -60°C to +220°C. Easy to use and clean!

The case and filter are made from 100% Platinum silicone, a material based on the silicon naturally found in sand, rock and quartz. Since silicone contains no plastic, it's odorless and perfectly healthy for you. It is flexible for easy removal of your food from the mold.
