This comprehensive kit lets you cook a whole host of quick, healthy recipes every day. It includes a steamer box, a removable filter and a recipe book, making it easy and fun to use.

The red box works like a papillote. It eliminates the need to add fat to your dish, for healthier cooking that's always tasty. Food cooks evenly in its own juices and remains soft. Steaming preserves vitamins and trace elements.

The included filter is a real asset, offering you several functions:

- double cooking: it enables you to cook a dish and its accompaniment at the same time and in the same container, thus limiting the amount of crockery used.

- aromatic cooking: to flavour a dish, place sauce, spices or herbs under the filter, which will diffuse during cooking.

- defrosting and separating liquids: water from defrosting food drains under the filter to avoid contact with the food. During cooking, excess juices separate from your dish for a smooth, flavorful meal.

The case and filter are ideal for rapid cooking, as they are microwave-safe. The kit is perfect for people who don't have time to cook when they get home in the evening, but still want to eat healthily.

Reproducing the papillote cooking process, the set also allows you to save on aluminum foil or special papillote paper.

The set, like the filter, is made from Platinum silicone, a high-grade silicone. It is made from silicon, which is naturally present in quartz, sand and rock. Perfectly healthy, it contains no plastic, is odorless and flexible.
