The Marttiini Classic Superflex filleting knife is a classic revisited in terms of both appearance and features. The blade of this model is much more flexible. As a result, you benefit from greater control in the hand.
Made fromstainless steel, the blade of the Marttiini 630016 fears neither corrosion nor the abrasive action of iodine. As a result, it is the perfect metal alloy for use in the fishmonger's trade. Its size of 19cm enables it to handle fish up to 3 to 4kg.
