Maserin is an Italian cutlery company that has been in existence since 1960, and is beginning to build a name for itself among the cutlery world 's greatest. Producing knives by hand, the company's know-how comes from the town's artisan blacksmiths. In this way, Maserin has succeeded in combining respect for tradition with international openness.
Featuring a stainless steel blade, this Maserin 6800 knife is corrosion-resistant and can be used in damp environments. The 7.5cm blade is curved, so you can pick mushrooms right at their roots! Its sharpness ensures clean, precise cutting. Notched on the back, it can also be used as a scraper.
As for its opening system, it's called the Nail Nick. To open, pull the blade with your thumb.
The handle is decorated with walnut wood. This precious wood is very strong. Not only is it shock-resistant and will not split, it is also a symbol of intelligence and prosperity. At the end of the handle is a bristle brush. This will enable you to gently clean your freshly harvested mushrooms.
Asa bonus, you'll find a little ruler on the handle to measure who's found the biggest among your friends!
Thanks to the carabiner clip, what could be simpler than carrying your mushroom knife on your belt? You'll never lose it.
A small pair of pliers is also included. These can be used to perform minor operations on the mushroom.
